The Lapis Rollyballs are an interesting addition to any home training setup.

These spherical resin balls hang in the air, suspended by slings (not included) allowing you to work on your pinch and general upper body strength.

You can get used to them with a full hand wrap then gradually drop your fingers lower and lower until you master fingertip pinch pullups!
