Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
